We have a strict no-refund policy due to the nature of our digital courses. However, you are entitled to a demo class before making a purchase.

Free Demos and Trials

We offer free demos and trials for most of our solutions. This allows clients to evaluate our services before making a commitment. Hence, refunds are not applicable once a purchase or registration is completed.

No Refunds on Training Programs

We do not provide refunds for training programs, as free demo sessions are available to help students and professionals evaluate the course beforehand.

Flexibility in Training Programs

If a student or professional cannot attend their scheduled batch, they may join the next available batch or access session recordings to ensure continuity in learning.

IT Services and Custom Solutions

For IT services and custom solutions, refunds are not available once the service has commenced or been delivered. We encourage clients to utilize trial periods and demos before finalizing agreements.

Payments via Third-Party Gateways

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Any delays, errors, or disputes related to payment transactions may need to be addressed with the gateway provider. We are not responsible for gateway-specific processing fees or delays.

Duplicate Payments

In the event of duplicate payments, clients may request a refund. Proof of duplicate transactions will be required for processing.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, such as:

Technical issues on our end preventing service delivery.
Billing errors or overcharges.

Non-Transferable Services

Refunds will not be provided for services or training registrations that have already been accessed, transferred, or partially utilized.

Processing of Refunds

Refund requests will be processed within 10-15 business days after submission, pending approval. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction.
